This active optical cable (AOC) is the perfect solution for high-quality, nearly lossless transmission of large amounts of data over long distances. Thanks to the all-metal connector housings, the cable is highly resistant to electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI). Combined with its CPR certification, this makes it the ideal cable for buildings and offices as a permanent connection between the data source and the display.

Since the connectors convert electrical signals into optical signals (light), the signal can be transmitted over longer distances than with conventional copper cables, while the cable remains very thin and flexible. Furthermore, there is no need to add an external power supply, which is common when using copper wire cables over longer distances.
