Hello, I have just bought a voucher, normally I can print it out straight away. It says it has been generated, but it hasn't. I only have the invoice and the order confirmation. Can you please help me?

It says immediate dispatch and generation on purchase, so I assumed that the code would arrive by email, but you have to be careful, the code arrives in your user profile in the credit notes.

I requested or bought my Lieferrando card at 11:37 and so far I haven't received an email with the code that I can now order. The card also has an expiry date of 24 hours. So if you want to order now, it's better not to order from Galaxus

Good afternoon, At the beginning of the Corona period, I received vouchers worth CHF 170 as a PDF file by e-mail from my work colleague at Migros MGB. Unfortunately, the e-mail got lost in the flood of e-mails. Yesterday I discovered that the vouchers expired on 20 May 2022. Would it be possible to reactivate them or extend the validity period? I would be happy to forward you the vouchers as a PDF. It would be a great pity if I could no longer use the vouchers.
