Where is the entry 'SMART support' under 'Additional hard drive functions' in the specs? Has it been removed because all hard discs (and SSDs) have it anyway...?

Something is wrong with the category 'Hard drive'... in the specs it should say: interface (e.g. SATA or SAS), or protocol (e.g. SATA 1/2/3 or SAS 1/2/3)...?

I have a WD 14TB hard disc (second-hand, not from Digitec) that no longer boots up. Is there anything I can do? (I don't really need the data on it)? Or in other words: how much would a repair cost?

Why did Digitec hide price per TB specifically for HDDs? Other storage items in Storage category still has them. Seems very anti-client approach.

Grüezi mitenand, I would like to replace the HDD of my Dell laptop. The original part is a Samsung HM160HI. If possible, I would be interested in at least double the capacity. Is there anything on offer from Digitec for this? Merci ....

Hello everyone I would like to install a larger hard disk in my DM7080. (14-16 TB) Which models are suitable for this? Hello @digitec, can you please switch on the histogram filter for the hard disk capacity again? The current checkbox jungle for the capacities is idiotic. This cannot have been your intention and must be a mistake.

Hello together I have not yet been able to determine the exact difference between Ultrastar disks and Red disks in terms of use in a NAS. Although the Reds are actually optimised for NAS, Ultrastar should also be well protected against vibrations from surrounding disks for use in data centres, or? What speaks against the use of Ultrastars in a NAS?

SMR disks are completely unsuitable for the NAS, so it would be very practical to be able to filter them.
