I bought the Icy Box IB-3740-C31 and the fan is very loud. So I wanted to replace it and got the Noiseblocker NB-BlacksilentFan XC1 and the Kolink fan adapter cable (only 2pin connection on the board). Unfortunately, the adapter head is too big to be connected. I haven't seen any information anywhere that could tell me which one is compatible. Does anyone have any experience and could help me out?

I’m looking for a USB 3.x dock for 3.5” SATA HDDs that is compatible with drives that are 16TB or larger. An enclosure would also work, but a dock is preferred. Thanks. example: https://www.digitec.ch/en/s1/product/icy-box-ib-1121-u3-25-35-hard-drive-enclosures-24650248

When will such enclosures be added to the range? Are Acasis products in the pipeline?

I would like to upgrade my Macbookpro 16 with an i9 from 2019 with an eGPU and an AsRock Radeon RX 6800 XT so that I can bring 4k and 120 heart to my two monitors. Unfortunately, I can't find a suitable case. Can someone please help me?

I am looking for a suitable enclosure for the following somewhat older SSD (for the purpose of data recovery): HP 824798-001 - 128GB M.2 2280 SATA III NGFF Solid State SSD Can anyone recommend a suitable product? I'm struggling to find something with the right form factor AND SATA interface Thanks for your help

Does anyone have experience with an SSD M2 enclosure for 4TB or more. NVMe protocol only.

As the title says, I am looking for a DAS with the lowest possible power consumption. I need at least 2 3.5 inch discs (RAID 1 would be nice but not a requirement). USB 3.1 upwards. Fantec has some that have an on/off sync with the PC. That's nice. I would prefer a part that also goes into standby (but should wake up via PC/USB). An inbuilt timer is also conceivable. The latter would be my alternative using an external timer. But I would prefer an "all in one" solution... Maybe someone knows something like that.

When I search for it on Digitec, I almost only find docking stations, cases that draw power via a clunky power plug instead of USB or cost over 50 francs. The only suitable one on sale here doesn't have the best rating. Are such cases now a niche product and are they hardly ever made any more?

It would be nice if there was a filter for UASP support in this category. UASP (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki...) allows the use of SMART on the connected hard drive and faster data transfer. For serious use of the hard drive enclosure, it is a must in my eyes.

Hello, does anyone know of an eGPU case for the ASUS GeForce RTX 3070 O8G-NOCTUA? It needs 3.5 slots...

Hello I am looking for a 2.5 inch USB 3 enclosure for SSD/HD S-ATA (III) that can "pass" the SMART data, i.e. the information on the health of the data carrier, as can be inspected with the smartmontools or GSmartControl. I own a single enclosure that can do this, but most cannot. Unfortunately, this information is rarely given in the product description. Does Digitec have such a housing? Thank you.

Good morning I am looking for an external enclosure for an SSD that works with a Raspberry Pi 4. I often see in the comments "Does not run with Raspi 4", but I didn't find one that says "runs with Raspi 4", does anyone have a recommendation? Thank you and best regards

Is the Fantec QB-35US3R supported by Windows 10 and what about Windows 11 in the future ?

Hello Digitec I know the AKiTiO Node Titan hasn't quite hit the market yet. But will you also offer this eGPU case? That would be cool, because it has a JHL7440 Thunderbolt 3 controller in it and you can't find that anywhere else in this performance class. Merci Martin

Is there an external USB enclosure (or can also be an adapter, function is more important than appearance) that supports NVMe AND ALSO M.2 SATA SSDs? There are many terms for M.2 that are relevant for compatibility: B-Key, M-Key, B+M-Key, SATA, AHCI & NVMe. To be honest, I still don't have a full grasp of the situation and I'm actually looking for a device that supports as many standards as possible and can therefore be used universally. Is there such a thing or is that technically impossible and would I have to buy 2 different devices (1x NVMe and 1x M.2 SATA/AHCI)?

Hi dear Digitec Community I am looking for an external enclosure for an original MacBook Air 2015 M.2 SSD. The SSD has the model number MZ-JPV128R/0A2. Since I replaced it with a Transcend JedDrive 850 (item number 10088994), it is now lying around. The Transcend bundle with enclosure was too expensive for me at the time. Which enclosure can you recommend? Best regards and stay healthy! mrjeyjey123

Hi, can you recommend a good hard drive enclosure where I can fit an HDD with 12 TB storage capacity? (Seagate IronWolf 12TB 3.5"). Unfortunately, I only found ones that support up to 8 TB storage capacity. Can I also use one of these in a pinch? Thanks for your help.

Dear Community I'm looking for an external enclosure for 4 SSDs and I've been browsing the internet for a few days now and I'm simply overwhelmed. Many offer enclosures with Raid 0,1,5,JBOD ect. I don't care because I need each SSD individually. I don't know if it works if it supports Raid. Short explanation. My gaming PC is fucked (CPU) and since the PC is already 8 years old, I decided to buy a gaming notebook. Now I came up with the glorious idea that I should put my SSD's (where only games are stored, 3x1TB in total), into an external case, install Steam on the notebook and pull the data from there. Maybe this is also a completely stupid idea, but once I get something in my head, you know how it is ;) Thanks a lot and happy holidays

I think that there should be a filter or even a separate category for external graphics cards like the https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/gigabyte-aorus-geforce-rtx-2070-gaming-box-egpu-grafikkarte-externes-gehaeuse-10719691?tagIds=76-524. At the moment it is in the external enclosures category, although an enclosure with or without a graphics card is not the same. I would be happy about an adjustment.

Hello Digitec Team, I bought an SSD enclosure from ICY-Box a few weeks ago. However, it doesn't even come close to achieving half of the promised 10Gbit. Now I have read online several times about the above-mentioned product, which comes off very well in tests. Would it be possible for you to include it in your range? Cheers

Hey Digitec Please push the topic eGPU - Shop (more) items - Create a new category (eGPU Enclosure) - Create a blog entry for general understanding ...that would certainly be appreciated by some customers.

Am I in the right place to ask whether this converter can be included in the range? http://www.delock.ch/produkte... I think this would be the first converter in the range that makes it possible to use an M2 SSD with M Key in a Sata port or in a docking station.

Will the HP Omen Accelerator Shell also be available at Digitec? What would be an alternative with a similar price-performance ratio?

Can anyone tell me about an external enclosure with which I can use a 3.5 inch PATA HDD. As far as I can see, only enclosures with SATA connectors are offered here.

Unfortunately, I don't see any selector in the shop for M.2 SSD for M or B&M key. In addition, the enclosures are all Sata (B&M key) and none for the 970 EVO SSD with M key. Or am I missing something?

Hello all, I'm looking for an external USB enclosure: 2.5 inch format with 2x port A, i.e. the "thick" connector, because I haven't had any good experiences with Micro USB so far. USB-C would also work if the cable supplied has USB A on the PC side. There is such a suitable housing on Amazon: https://www.amazon.de/Sabrent-Fe... but would prefer to buy locally at digitec :) have a nice sunday

Hi, I've been looking for an external 2.5" HDD enclosure for 9.5mm discs that supports hibernation for a while. Most of them do not do this. The disc keeps spinning forever even when the PC / Mac is asleep. Is anyone aware of this?

Dear Digitec Team There are now several manufacturers of eGPU cases. I miss the selection of different manufacturers (e.g. Razer, Gigabyte, OWC etc). Will something be added here? I would be interested in products from Gigabyte, for example. Depending on the case, a filter for eGPU cases would also be nice. Kind regards

Hello digitec team Since there are currently at least 3 different 2.5" hard disk heights (7, 9.5 and 12.5mm), it would be great to include this information as a filter. I have a 12.5mm disc here that I would like to buy a case for, but unfortunately only some cases state in the description how high the HD can be. thx
