Why your orders might be taking a little longer to arrive

We’re currently expanding our Wohlen warehouse. The goal? To be able to get your orders to you even faster in future. While all this is going on, we’re also experiencing a higher-than-expected surge in orders. As a result, some deliveries currently being placed might be delayed.

It’s all systems go at Digitec and Galaxus at the moment. For starters, we’re expanding our warehouse in Wohlen, Aargau. This is so that, come autumn, we’ll be able to deliver your orders faster and more reliably. At the same time, we’re receiving a significantly higher number of orders than expected.

As a result, we’re currently taking between one and two days longer than usual to process your orders. We’ve updated the delivery times stated on our website to reflect this.

Our team in Wohlen is also working flat out to make sure you receive your deliveries as soon as possible, and to get delivery times back to normal. Thank you for your understanding.

Making sure employees and media know what's up at Digitec Galaxus is my job. But without fresh air and a lot of exercise, I basically stop functioning. The great outdoors provides me with the energy I need to stay on the ball. Jazz gives me the tranquility to tame my kids.
