International production and supply bottlenecks are driving many consumers to do their Christmas shopping early this year. That’s why Digitec Galaxus is extending its return period to up to 100 days until the end of 2021.
The pandemic coupled with the chip crisis is currently making many products hard to get – from mobile phones to kids’ audio systems. Shoppers wanting to avoid disappointment this Christmas are checking off their loved ones’ wish lists earlier than in previous years.
To make the holiday shopping experience as stress-free as possible, digitec and Galaxus are extending their return period from 30 to 100 days from now until 31 December 2021. This extended period applies to all products supplied directly by digitec and Galaxus that previously had a 30-day return period. For marketplace offers, the return period remains at 14 days; for our device insurance, 30 days.
