The reappearance of the home bar

One thing's for sure: we don't want to encourage you to drink alcohol. Greeting your guests with a delicious welcome cocktail is simply the height of style. Those who have plenty of space at home can build a bar, while others can opt for the mini-version: the sideboard. A mobile bar that's always in the right place at the right time.
Long-forgotten sideboards are back in vogue, with the latest models seducing with their multi-functionality and original design. Discover our favourites of the season and the accessories that go with them.
Vintage
An object is truly chic the moment it has marble - like the "Jungle" model from Nordal. The brass-coloured frame lends a vintage feel to the sideboard and makes it the real focal point of the living room.

Purist
Are you not too keen on patterns and colour? You'll love the creations of Scandinavian designers. For purists, the furnishings are sober - the minibar should also have clear lines.
Classical
Take a little trip back in time and stop at the colonial period. We don't want to encourage bad habits, but this globe-shaped bar from Zoffoli is simply perfect for storing your cigars and whisky bottles.
Industrial
What would a bar in a factory have looked like? Presumably pretty improvised: a trolley and a few tin jars that double up as glasses. The sideboard signed house doctor is undoubtedly very close to the minibar we've just described.
Chic
The three-legged sideboard with chic brass cladding fits in very well with many furnishing styles and makes almost every drink stand out. Placed on this charming sideboard, Champagne flutes exude a very special note.
