Nicolas Feuillatte Palmes d'Or Brut

At first, aromas of white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and honey. Then it becomes more expressive with spicy notes (pepper and ginger) and complementary aromas of red fruits. Clear and pure, with a fine sparkle and slight mineral notes. On the palate, it has a pronounced structure and a magnificent, long-lasting finish.

Pairs well with: rich aperitifs, fruit tarts, whole roasted fish, veal roast with morel sauce, scallops on lentils, gratinated mussels.
