The Dreame A2 mows the lawn and monitors the garden

The new top-of-the-range model from Dreame does not require a boundary wire or base station for navigation. We now have the robotic lawnmower in our shop.
For the A2, manufacturer Dreame has improved the robot mower's sensor and camera technology. The technology referred to by the manufacturer as "Omnisense 2.0" uses a camera with HDR resolution and sensors so that the A2 can map its surroundings and move around independently.
The A2 therefore requires neither cables nor an RTK base for satellite navigation. The robotic lawnmower is designed for areas of up to 3000 square metres. It is also designed to overcome slopes of up to 50 per cent.
You can order the Dreame A2 in our shop now. It will be delivered from 31 March

Obstacle avoidance uses AI
To avoid collisions, the A2 uses a combination of LiDAR sensors (distance measurement via laser) and AI support for the camera. According to the manufacturer, this allows the A2 to reliably recognise not only larger objects, such as garden furniture. The robot should also avoid smaller objects and living creatures (garden hoses, toys or animals).
Surveillance for the garden
The HDR camera has an additional function. According to the manufacturer, you can define monitoring plans and track unusual activities via the Dreame app. The mower is therefore also a mobile monitoring solution
Cutting right to the edge
The special feature of the A2 is the "EdgeMaster technology". According to Dreame, the extendable blade disc allows a distance of less than 5 centimetres between the disc and the edge. The robotic lawnmower with its cutting width of 22 centimetres therefore mows close to the edge. The cutting height can be adjusted between three and seven centimetres.
Are you looking for a Dreame robotic lawnmower for smaller areas? Then the A1 Pro might be something for you, which you can find information on here.
