Weight adjustment in 2-kilogram increments

The adjustable kettlebell is a ball weight with interchangeable weight discs. Instead of several kettlebells, you only need one piece of equipment. You can gradually increase or reduce the training weight in two kilogramme increments

The empty weight of the model is four kilograms. Overall, it offers a weight range of four to 18 kilograms. The housing is made of plastic and metal. The adjustment mechanism is located inside. The handle is located at the top and the main housing with the removable plates at the bottom. You open the locking mechanism, remove or add plates and lock it again - done.

Overview of grip and size

The kettlebell measures around 25 centimetres in height and 18 centimetres in diameter. According to the manufacturer, the handle should offer enough space for two-handed training. It should be smooth but not slippery.

Galaxus says: "The space-saving aspect of the Fitagon kettlebell is particularly interesting for me. I find it practical that I can flexibly adjust the training weight without having to buy a new machine straight away. This is a real advantage, especially for home gyms. However, I am critical of the fact that the internal mechanism could make a slight rattling noise during very fast exercises or swings. That would be massively annoying during training.
