Men, get these 3 pieces from the women's department for the summer
Blouses. Handbags. Mules. Don't demonise these three menswear trends until you've seen them on sale - or even tried them out for yourself.
If the title of this article made you think of a nasty comment: calm down. You don't have to wear any of it. It is merely an observation of a trend. And when it comes to men's fashion, it's pointing strongly towards accessories and items of clothing that could just as easily hang in the women's department.
Of course, everyone can help themselves anyway. But if you want to be bang on trend with your handles this year, I recommend you take a particularly close look at these three categories.
Spacious bags
If you're already part of the rucksack or cloth bag team, you already know the benefits of not having to store all your belongings in your trouser and jacket pockets like Tetris. In addition to your smartphone, keys and card holder, there's also room for a book, water bottle and other goodies. And why switch to a spacious shopper now? The visual advantage over a rucksack or cotton bag is that you don't look like a big schoolchild or like you got your bag for free the last time you went shopping. Instead, you can follow in the footsteps of stylish types such as actors Jacob Elordi and Harris Dickinson and enjoy making any outfit, no matter how simple, more exciting with a cool bag.

Playful shirts
The further the jumpers move to the back of the wardrobe with each passing month, the more the question arises: What do you actually wear in summer? The classic T-shirt is always an option, of course. Just like short-sleeved shirts. And the latter can look a little less run-of-the-mill this year. In other words, instead of the same old checks or stripes, why not look for flowers and decorative details? These two guests at Milan Fashion Week prove that this can really make a difference.

Filigree shoes
Summer shoes are not an easy topic. Flip-flops, Birkenstocks, maybe a simple leather sandal when the going gets tough. Apart from that, many feet are still locked into stuffy trainers even when it's over 25 degrees. But the choice could be so much greater. Singer Harry Styles wore black ballerinas by Chanel at this year's Brit Awards. At the Grammys a few weeks earlier apple green mules by Dior. Of course, not everyone is quite so brave (and well-heeled). However, there is no shortage of (affordable) alternatives.
