Look better than you feel in 5 steps

Did you overdo it with the party nights over the festive period and want to banish the traces of tiredness from your face? Stephie shows you how to look better than you feel in five easy steps.
When the long nights of partying start to show on your face, it's time to do something about it. After all, you want to start the new year fresh and with a radiant complexion. That's what our Stephie thought too. That's why we took a "break" - equipped with all kinds of beauty stuff - with the aim of making Stephie look better than she felt in five steps. Did we succeed? We captured the project for you in a video:
Step 1: Cleaning
If it's dirty, it can't look fresh. So always cleanse your skin first before applying moisturiser. Even if no dirt is visible at first glance, excreted toxins and sebum accumulate on the skin. Cleansing your face in the morning also has a revitalising effect.
Step 2: Moisturise the face
Cleansed skin needs to be moisturised. Masks, serums or moisturisers can help with this.
Step 3: Eliminate puffiness under the eyes
Slightly puffy under-eye bags can be soothed with a light massage and a moisturising boost from the eye cream. Massaging in also promotes blood circulation, which also helps to combat dark circles under the eyes.
Step 4: Add colour to the face
Once the face has been completely groomed, the brush can be wielded. Concealer, bronzer, blush and highlighter conjure up a healthy complexion in an instant.
Step 5: Open up your eyes
The best way to wake up tired eyes is with a light-coloured eyeliner in the waterline to make the eyes look bigger, an eyelash curler to give the lashes a curl and a deep black mascara on the upper and lower lashes. A little highlighter in the inner corner of the eye can also work wonders.

As a massive Disney fan, I see the world through rose-tinted glasses. I worship series from the 90s and consider mermaids a religion. When I’m not dancing in glitter rain, I’m either hanging out at pyjama parties or sitting at my make-up table. P.S. I love you, bacon, garlic and onions.
