Concealers - also called cover sticks - are used to conceal small blemishes such as pimples, dark circles and age spots. When covering dark circles, the rule is "less is more", because if too much product is applied (for example, under the eyes), it may settle in the small wrinkles around the eyes. Care should also be taken when choosing the color: basically, your own skin tone (or a bit lighter) should be chosen. However, if the tone is chosen too light, it will only draw too much attention to the unwelcome dark circles.
When covering blemishes, you can reach for color correcting products: Slightly greenish concealers, for example, are particularly suitable for making redness invisible. more
