Asparagus recipes live at "Schnitz und Drunder"
I am particularly "imaginative" and cook seasonally. Asparagus tarte flambée and asparagus soup will be available in the livestream on Thursday, 9 April from 11 am.
Every week I cook lunch in my kitchen and you can watch or even join in. This is what you need:
Asparagus tarte flambée and asparagus soup
1 large or 2 small packs of green asparagus
Topping
- 1 onion
- Feta or bacon (veggie and non-veggie)
- 150 g crème fraîche
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- Salt, pepper
Dough
- 300 g flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 150 g low-fat quark
- 6 tbsp oil
- 1 egg
Soup
- Shallot or onion
- Butter
- Vegetable stock
- cream
