COMPARISON TEST - Dehydrators with drawers

Recently, there has been a growing trend towards increased health awareness ? also and especially in terms of nutrition. Those who prepare their own food can not only determine the quality of the ingredients used, but also leave out precarious additives. Thus, the gentle drying of vegetables, fruit and herbs has been rediscovered: When vegetables and fruit lose their water, their aromas are perceived far more intensively; they also become very durable. We tested 10 dehydrators, 5 of them with drawers and 5 with stackable levels.
