The Excalibur EXC10EL dehydrator combines cutting-edge technology and contemporary design in perfection. The Excalibur EXC10EL is the first Excalibur model with a housing made of stainless steel both inside and out. It is also the first Excalibur model that allows you to pre-program two temperatures and their respective durations. Like all Excalibur models, it operates with the efficient Parallax horizontal airflow and Hyperwave technology. In the USA, the device is approved for commercial use. Its modern design appeals to those who care about aesthetics as well.

Ersteres bietet einen ?Fast-Betrieb?, mit dem sich die Dörrzeit verkürzen lässt. Die Dörrsiebe sind mit den kleinsten Maschen versehen, durch die auch zierliches Gemüse und Obst nicht rutschen kann. Für Fruchtleder aber sollte eine Matte verwendet werden.
