To enhance fit, the Cherrapunji rain poncho is now available in three different sizes. The positive features for weather protection during dreary, rainy autumn days or stormy gusts along the coast have remained unchanged. The waterproof, tear-resistant nylon outer material, sealed seams, and a water column of 12,000 mm ensure lasting dry comfort. The size of the hood with a stable brim can be adjusted with a Velcro strip. For daily cyclists, two additional features have been integrated. The rain poncho is equipped on both sides with a 3M Scotchlite reflective strip, which increases safety in road traffic and allows for early detection in twilight. Additionally, practical fastening loops have been incorporated at the bottom to prevent annoying flapping in the wind. Even a small daypack can be worn under the poncho. The front pocket with a YKK zipper offers ample storage space to securely keep important items like a wallet, mobile phone, or house keys dry during day trips, bike rides, or walks. Furthermore, the pocket serves as a packing bag for the poncho itself. Using a stuffing technique, the entire poncho can be stored there and compactly packed back into the backpack.
