Thumb loops ensure a secure fit and provide wind protection for the hands and wrists. The back of the jacket is partially made of mesh material to enhance breathability and ventilation, which is particularly comfortable when wearing a running backpack. The snug-fitting hood can be rolled up and secured with a clip when not needed, so it won't interfere while running. When the jacket is no longer needed, you can store it in an integrated pack pocket in the hood.
