How do customer feedbacks work?
Thanks so much for the very thorough and thoughtful explanation. Whenever I contact Galaxus support I get the feeling that somebody actually cares and that's a hell of a good feeling to get in this toneless senseless era. Handling the issue was also quick and painless like good wax 😂 so a 10/10 rating for support.
