Preparation according to Ayurveda (golden milk): Stir 1 teaspoon of turmeric paste into 250 ml of plant milk and heat, simmer over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Refine with 1 tsp coconut oil and sweeten to taste. Turmeric paste: Mix 1 heaped tablespoon (approx. 8 g) of turmeric latte mixture with 30 ml of water, bring to the boil until a paste forms.
