Love is in the air. Rose petal tea shimmers in a delicate ivory colour and has an intensely floral taste. There is a subtle sweetness on the finish. The tea is a delight for special moments and goes perfectly with light spring and summer cuisine as well as chocolatey desserts. Simply sensual. Preparation: Break up as many herbs per cup (200ml) as will fit on a heaped teaspoon (approx. 1 bud). Pour boiling water over them. Leave to infuse for a maximum of 10 minutes.
