Looking for a new favorite drink? Turmeric latte, also known as golden milk, is yellow, soothing, and prepared in warm plant-based milk. The yellow-orange powder has a pleasantly spicy and mildly bitter aroma. The special interplay with sweet vanilla lifts the spirits. Simply stir it in and enjoy the cozy warm drink!

Preparation: Stir 1 teaspoon of turmeric latte mix (about 2 g) into 250 ml of plant drink, heat, and sweeten to taste.

Preparation according to Ayurveda (Golden Milk): Stir 1 teaspoon of turmeric paste into 250 ml of plant milk and heat, simmering over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Refine with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and sweeten to taste. Turmeric paste: Mix 1 heaping tablespoon (about 8 g) of turmeric latte mix with 30 ml of water, bring to a simmer until a paste forms. Store the paste in the refrigerator.
