10. Naturata Arabica Beans Coffee Instant Organic
100% Arabica bean coffee with the familiar elegant aroma. The selected Arabica beans come from farmer cooperatives in Papua New Guinea, Peru, and Honduras. It is only through the blend of different origin regions that the coffee achieves its balanced and complex flavor.
Preparation: Pour 1-2 teaspoons (about 2 g) per cup with 200 ml of hot water. Stir briefly - done! For a special treat, use a hot plant-based drink instead of water or enhance your coffee with sweeteners.
Tip: You can enjoy Naturata Arabica bean coffee not only as a hot beverage or iced coffee. It also adds a refined touch to desserts and many other dishes.
Production: Naturata Arabica bean instant coffee is produced in Germany. First, the organic coffee beans are roasted at temperatures between 200 and 250 degrees and then coarsely ground. Next, the extraction process takes place, where the roasted material is flooded with hot water in a countercurrent principle. The resulting liquid extract is then concentrated, essentially creating a strong coffee that is thickened further.
To obtain a durable and soluble instant coffee, the final step is drying. Naturata chooses the gentlest method, freeze-drying. The liquid extract is frozen and then moisture is removed in a vacuum tunnel. The extremely rapid cooling preserves much of the original aroma.
Special features: The fair-trade Arabica beans of the highest organic quality are hand-harvested at the farmer cooperatives and processed gently.
