Tasting Note
With the Special Cuvée, Bollinger showcases its best side: a Champagne with fine bubbles, seductive aromas, and a long finish. On the nose and palate,
the Special Cuvée is characterized by very complex, intertwined flavors. Floral notes blend with fruit and berry flavors, complemented by a hint of brioche. An extraordinary, long finish brings all elements together for a masterful conclusion. The Special Cuvée is particularly characteristic of the "Bollinger Style." Bollinger's expertise is evident in its ability to create a blend each year that is consistent in style and quality, with the bouquet of aromas being reassembled – resulting in this unique combination of body, harmony, wine character, and elegance. This wine expresses its distinctive character, with selected qualities, and it is how Champagne Bollinger wishes to be evaluated.

Vinification
The base wines are partially fermented in oak barrels and partially in stainless steel tanks.
