Special Cuvée is meant to be shared for a moment of togetherness, simple yet meaningful. It is a champagne for those we love, connoisseurs of good things. To highlight its unique style, bouquet, and aromas, it is recommended to serve Special Cuvée between 10 and 12 °C. You can enjoy Special Cuvée now or let it age in your cellar.

In appearance: A golden color, a characteristic sign of black grape varieties, with very fine bubbles. On the nose: A beautiful aromatic complexity; aromas of ripe fruits and spices; notes of roasted apple, compote, and peach. On the palate: A subtle combination of structure, length, and liveliness; bubbles as fine as velvet; flavors of pears, brioche, and spices, with hints of fresh nuts.

Pairings: All fish, especially sushi and sashimi; shellfish: shrimp, langoustine, lobster, grilled lobster; poultry and white meat; Parmesan, large dry hams.
