Weider Protein 80 Plus consists of four types of protein: milk protein (casein), which supplies the muscles with protein for up to seven hours and contains a high proportion of BCAAs. Milk protein isolate has over 90% protein in the dry matter, resulting in very low fat and carbohydrate content (low carb).
