Weider Protein 80 Plus contains the following types of protein:
- Milk protein (Casein): Supplies the muscles for up to seven hours and has a high content of BCAAs.
- Milk protein isolate: With over 90% protein in the dry matter, it contains very few fats and carbohydrates.
- Whey protein: A quickly available protein that supplies the muscles with L-Glutamine, among other things.
