Weider Protein 80 Plus consists of four types of protein:
- Milk protein (Casein): Provides muscle protein for up to seven hours and has a high proportion of BCAAs.
- Milk protein isolate: With over 90% protein in dry matter, it contains very few fats and carbohydrates.
