Valaisanne Pale Ale Beer

Valaisanne Pale Ale is a unique craft beer straight from the heart of Valais.

Valaisanne Pale Ale is a fruity and aromatic single hop pale ale, hopped with the aromatic Bravo hop variety. The reddish-brown color of the beer, with slight copper reflections and a caramel-colored foam, appears very harmonious. Light roasted malt aromas are accompanied by subtle dried fruit and fruity mandarin notes. The initial sip is pleasantly creamy and relaxing, leading to a joyful finish that invites another sip.

Traditionally, the beer wort is produced in copper kettles in the brewhouse. In our fermentation and storage cellar, the wort is fermented with the help of our own yeast, and the finished beer is then stored and matured. The matured beer is tasted by our brewmasters and quality-checked. Afterward, the unfiltered beer is carefully bottled.
