Valaisanne Pale Ale is a unique craft beer straight from the heart of Valais.

Valaisanne Pale Ale is a fruity and aromatic single hop pale ale, hopped with the aromatic Bravo hop variety. Its fox-brown color, with slight copper reflections and a caramel-colored foam, appears very harmonious. Light roasted malt aromas are accompanied by subtle dried fruit and fruity mandarin notes. The initial sip is pleasantly creamy and relaxing, leading to a joyful finish that invites another sip.

In a traditional manner, the wort is produced in copper kettles in the brewhouse. In our fermentation and storage cellar, the wort is fermented with the help of our own yeast, and the finished beer is then stored and matured. The matured beer is tasted and quality-checked by our brewers. After that, the unfiltered beer is carefully bottled.
