The Peruvian organic Arabica comes from direct fair trade and is gently and traditionally roasted in Switzerland. MAFIOSO impresses coffee gourmets with notes of hazelnut, spices and chocolate. Thanks to its full body, it is suitable for all espresso preparations. Like all Tropical Mountains coffees, MAFIOSO in the E.S.E. pods is climate-neutral, Fair Trade and organic certified and packaged aluminium-free. Tropical Mountains stands for organically produced coffee from the family farm of the Peruvian-Swiss couple Gisella Iriarte and Thomas Schwegler and from farmers in the same growing region. Coffees from all over the world complete the range and meet the Schweglers' requirements: organic cultivation, climate neutrality from the coffee bush to the finished cup of coffee, direct fair trade and a rating of at least 80 points as speciality coffee by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA).
