The Ethiopian organic Arabica contained in the recipe comes from direct fair trade and is gently and traditionally roasted in Switzerland. Athopio impresses coffee gourmets with its fruity, floral flavour and notes of apricot and jasmine. Thanks to its full-bodied flavour, it is suitable for all espresso preparations.
