Thomas Schwegler is a coffee farmer and entrepreneur in one. The beans for his two single-farm coffees Paradiso and Mafioso all grow on his family farm in the Peruvian highlands. For the perfect taste experience, the capsules and the Latino blend Concierto are supplemented with beans from the friendly Santa Cristina farm in Brazil and the Risaralda Cooperative in Colombia. Each bean can be assigned its geographical coordinates of origin. Just like the roasting plant in Switzerland, which roasts the beans gently - for unique enjoyment.
