The Taittinger Brut Reserve consists of 40% Chardonnay and a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier sourced from 35 different vineyards. The high proportion of Chardonnay, along with three years of aging in wine cellars, creates a delicate champagne of the highest quality. On the nose, it is very open and expressive, with aromas of fruit and brioche. On the palate, it is lively, fresh, and wonderfully harmonious.
