The Golden Assam comes from the banks of the Brahmaputra, the largest tea-growing region in the world. During the second major harvest in summer, known as the "2nd flush," the top-quality leaves are harvested. For just a few days, the tea achieves the perfect balance of visually appealing "Golden Tips" and a strong, malty flavor.

Usage
Black teas should be brewed at a water temperature of 95–98°C (let the water sit briefly after boiling in the kettle and wait until it stops boiling).
