Golden Assam comes from the banks of the Brahmaputra, the largest tea-growing region in the world. The top qualities are harvested in the second large harvest in summer, the so-called "2nd flush". Only on a few days does the tea achieve the perfect balance between the visually attractive "golden tips" and a strong, malty flavour.
