Product details
With an original gravity of 12.4% and 32 bitterness units, Rothaus Pils occupies an outstanding position among pilsners. Bottom-fermented yeast from its own pure culture ferments the Rothaus Pils before it matures quietly for about 4 weeks. During this time, the pilsner develops its strong and elegant flavor as well as its high carbonation. Carbonation refers to the fresh sensation triggered by the carbon dioxide in the beer.
