Gel food colors are suitable for almost all masses, fillings, and decorations. Since they are rather viscous and only a small amount is needed to achieve an intense color, they do not alter the consistency of the colored mass. This means that not only dough and fillings but also macarons or fondant can be easily colored with gel food colors. The food paste is also suitable for coloring rolled fondant, Massa Ticino, modeling paste, marzipan, flower paste, buttercream, or royal icing with vibrant colors. Thus, gel colors are incredibly versatile; they are suitable for both firm and soft masses and can even be used for painting. Bring color into your life and your desserts!
