Each gel is packaged in an easy-to-use, color-coordinated plastic tube. The tubes are sealed under the screw cap. Remove the seal and squeeze the tube to dispense the gel.
Application tips: Add the gel to fondant or marzipan and knead until the color is evenly distributed. Be sure to knead well until you achieve the desired result. Then you can use the colored fondant or marzipan on your cake!
