The perfect and balanced combination of Arabica and Robusta. A classic southern Italian coffee packaged in E.S.E. pads. In southern Italy, the coffee is short, strong, and has a long-lasting flavor. This is where Quarta Caffè comes from. In the center of the old town of Lecce, a coffee bar was transformed into a roasting company in the 1950s. Today, the roastery enjoys a good reputation throughout the Salento peninsula in the heel of Italy.
