Digestible, aromatic coffee substitute without caffeine. Contains fewer tannins and bitter substances that can irritate the gastrointestinal tract and may bind minerals compared to bean coffee. During the production of the organic pioneer extract, the raw materials used undergo an aqueous extraction process. The gluten, a component of the grains used, is water-insoluble and can therefore be separated from the extraction residue during the aqueous extraction. This explains why no gluten has been detected in all previous analyses. Origin: Produced in Switzerland.
