Ocb White No. 4 is arguably the most well-known short cigarette paper available. Made in France, it is a true evergreen. It is a standard short single wide paper, but the booklet features a double window. This means that instead of one paper dispenser, there are two side by side. Otherwise, this booklet would be extremely thick, as it contains exactly 100 papers! Therefore, the higher price is justified, as there are twice as many cigarette papers as in a single window with 50 pieces.
An even more economical option is to purchase a complete box with 25 booklets.
