Strong acidity and a rather weak foam characterise the MM Extra in the test. Unfortunately, it lacks that certain something extra.

Typical tank fermentation. MM Extra, a Rotkäppchen-Mumm brand, is a typical, inexpensive sparkling wine from tank fermentation with no special features. Still good in the tasting. Less suitable as an accompaniment to food. Drink solo.
