Cider is an apple sparkling wine that is fermented from various apple varieties. The most famous Irish cider is Magners Original. This cider is still produced in accordance with the original recipe by William Magners from 1935. Seventeen different apple varieties are used in its production. After making, the cider is allowed to mature for several months.
Once poured into a glass, the bright golden color of Magners Original Irish Cider is immediately noticeable. The aroma test reveals hints of apple and citrus scents. In terms of taste, Magners Cider is rather dry with dominant apple notes that are also well perceived in the finish.
For the ideal enjoyment of Magners Original Irish Cider, it is recommended to add ice cubes to the glass.
