Hors d'Age (translated as "extraordinary age") is regarded as a quality designation among connoisseurs. Indeed, La Aurora has allowed its "Hors d’Age" to mature for half a generation. Twelve years from seed to finished cigar: this is twice as long as the typical aging period for other premium long-fillers from La Aurora. This precious edition is limited to 6,000 boxes worldwide. The Ecuadorian wrapper and binder combine with filler from Colombia, the Dominican Republic, and Nicaragua to create a complex composition.
