Mashed potatoes taste good for the whole family. And to ensure that there is always enough for everyone, Knorr Stocki is available in a practical family pack with 4 x 3 portions. With original Swiss potatoes uniquely fine taste. Follow the cooking instructions carefully: to prepare 3 portions (1 sachet), boil 4 dl of water with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 15 g of margarine or butter, then remove the pan from the heat and add 2 dl of cold milk. Then pour the entire contents of the bag into the pan in a pour and press in with the cooking ladle until all the flakes are covered with liquid. Let Stocki mashed potatoes sit in the pan for about 1/2 minute. Stir briefly and gently with the cooking ladle. Important: Stocki Kartoffelstock must never be whipped; this is the only way to keep it wonderfully airy. Tip: Stocki becomes even creamier if you use 250 ml Rama Cremefine instead of milk and butter.
