The honey beer is a light and easily digestible mild beer with a strong, sweet honey flavor. The Pilsner malt gives the honey beer its bright color. A light, subtle hop note lingers behind the sweet honey taste. This honey beer is based on an old tradition. The Germans already added honey to their beer brewed from emmer and barley. Source of raw materials: regional origin (Rorschach, Switzerland) & Germany. Produced in Rorschach, Switzerland. Alcohol content: 5%. Bottle volume: 33 cl. Shelf life: 9 months after bottling date.
