Product details

Feldschlösschen Stark is an amber-colored strong beer with a creamy, smooth body. Through an intensive brewing process and the use of the finest ingredients, we experience a diverse aroma structure that is enhanced by the high alcohol content of 7% vol. The FS Stark is light on the palate and refreshing in the finish.

In a traditional manner, the wort is produced in copper kettles in the brewhouse. In our fermentation and storage cellar, we have modern tanks where we ferment the wort using our own yeast and then store and mature the finished beer. The matured beer is tasted and quality-checked by our brewmasters. Afterward, the beer is filtered and carefully bottled.
