Product details

Feldschlösschen Stark is an amber-colored strong beer with a creamy-soft body. Thanks to an intensive brewing process and the use of the finest ingredients, we experience a diverse aroma structure that is enhanced by a high alcohol content of 7% vol. The FS Stark is light on the palate and smooth in the finish.

In a traditional manner, the wort is produced in copper kettles in the brewhouse. In our fermentation and storage cellar, modern tanks are used to ferment the wort with our own yeast, after which the finished beer is stored and matured. The matured beer is tasted and quality-checked by our master brewers. It is then filtered and carefully bottled.
