The acidity and sweetness are perfectly balanced and harmonize excellently with the light bitterness from the non-alcoholic beer. All in all, it's a refreshing thirst quencher for any time.
Traditionally, the beer wort is produced in copper kettles at the brewery. In the fermentation and storage cellar, modern tanks are used to ferment the wort with their own yeast, and the finished beer is then stored and matured. The matured beer is tasted by the brewmasters and checked for quality. After that, the beer is filtered and carefully bottled.
