Feldschlösschen Christmas Beer is a festive Märzen beer from the castle in Rheinfelden, brewed specifically for the Christmas season each year.
Feldschlösschen Christmas Beer shines with an amber-golden color in the glass. It is topped with a wonderful white foam crown. Light malty and fruity notes rise to the nose, and the pleasant bitterness pairs excellently with the full-bodied character. The slightly warming finish is perfect for the cold season.
In a traditional manner, the wort is produced in copper kettles in the brewhouse. In our fermentation and storage cellar, modern tanks are used to ferment the wort with our own yeast and then store and mature the finished beer. The matured beer is tasted and quality-checked by our master brewers. After that, the beer is filtered and carefully bottled.
