Feldschlösschen Brew fresh

Feldschlösschen Braufrisch, our very own modern interpretation of the popular lager beer, was developed with great passion by our young brewers in Rheinfelden.

Feldschlösschen Braufrisch is a refreshing, cloudy beer, unfiltered and natural. It has a scent of fresh yeast. Feldschlösschen Braufrisch features a compact foam head, and the beer color shines golden with slight reddish reflections. The initial taste is sparkling with a light hop bitterness. The flavor combines subtle malt and caramel notes, paired with a pleasant mouthfeel.

Traditionally, the beer wort is produced in copper kettles in the brewhouse. In our fermentation and storage cellar, modern tanks are used to ferment the wort with our own yeast and then store and mature the finished beer. The matured beer is tasted by our brewers and checked for quality. After that, the beer is filtered and carefully bottled.
